Nasty Divorce and Real Estate … My Story & LandMark Education..

I had a MAJOR {aka BIG BREAKDOWN}
that started a NASTY/ EXPENSE divorce.

Which split my company in half..
And each of us spent 100K fighting each other in
court and our 2 boys Alex {10yrs old} and Andrew {3yrs} ..were devastated.

I was Depressed, Stressed, and just
not a functional human-being and border line suicidal.

I went through all the divorce counseling..

8 week course. – check
12 week course – check
26 week course - check

all the bible studies I could do ..

Everything I could do to get the pain away..
And I still felt .. Horrible…

7 months past and I was in my last week til the divorce was final.

And a friend of mine Arcadio Diaz
said “bro you need to do to this course..”

I told him “ Bro, the last thing I want to do
is go to another seminar and get UP-SOLD!! ”

He said it’s not like that and if you don’t get nothing
out of it Ill give you money.. And either way Ill pay for the course
so you can go.

So I did .. And it was AMAZING..
I saw I could Create any future I wanted for myself ..
And put the past in the past.. Which is just a story.. Like a
story in a book. And just put back on the shelf and move on.

From there I called Bridgette..

And told her {Which at the time we didn’t talk for about
3 months.. }

And I said ” Bridgette, I just want to tell you I am not trying to
get back together .. But, I want to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR
my ACTIONS during this entire ordeal.. And I’m clear with whatever happens next.”

She said ” Franklin,… {little voice} are you in a REHAB CENTER???? Are you ok?

I said ” No, I am not at a rehab center and i’m fine {small laugh} I’m at this thing.. and I would love for you to
come to my completion night Tuesday.. can you make it?

She said.. ” I don’t think so.. but, I’ll see.”

—- Coming to the END of the STORY..

She did come .. And from there
she saw the true transformation that occurred in me.

And she decided to take the course…

After her completing the course…

We both decided to recreate our MARRIAGE.. And create
a NEW FUTURE together.. As one couple, one family..

The Story of Justin Hancock..

The story of Justin Hancock..

And old childhood friend that I recently found out
has bone cancer and more..

Were the exact same age..
and play little league and legion baseball together..

I always had a {little} tiny grudge against Justin
because we played Babe Ruth League {a while back}
I was pitching a NO HITTER.. {I’m left-handed pitcher}

{so this a rare feat for me } ..

And it’s was the 7th or 8th inning.. and guess
who got a hit off me to mess up my NO – HITTER.. ??

Justin Hancock.. lololololol..

Justin was AMAZING player and so good .. He spent some time
in the minor league playing for the Angels and then later in his
life became a Sheriff in the state of florida.

SO I was SHOCKED to find out
this horrible disease effect my old friend.

So let’s help bring awareness to bone cancer..
And let’s prayer Justin gets back real soon.

For those of you asking and wandering. I an currently at moffitt as i am typing this. I was diagnosed with metastatic osteosarcoma in late April/early may. I have been undergoing chemo cherapy since. Durig that time i have found out the cancer has spread to my lungs. So, my first surgery was on my right arm, inorder to remove the tumor, i lost my humurus, elbow and right shoulder. The dr was able to remove all the tumor in my arm and all the margin surrounding it. This is good news. Then is November i had lung surgery doin the same, the dr was able to remove four lessions and the marginsa surounding it. I curently have five more rounds of chemo (eaqualling 22 total) and i will finish off in february with one final lung surgery on my left lung to remove more lessions. Wih the good lord willing, by then i will hopefully be in remission for ever. But realistically i will be going in every six months fot ct scans for the first year to make sure i stay cancer free. Thanks again for the wonderfull support i have had through out this tought time in my life. You really find out who your friends are and also find out you had freinds you didt even know about. God bless!

Steps towards accomplishing your Goals:

1. Write them out. Be specific. (If you can’t write it, you can’t achieve it.)

2. Change your associations. (You are who you hang with!)

a. Stay away from negative people. Hang with positive people who have dreams!

3. Don’t share your dreams with everyone.

a. (Not everyone see things the same way you do, not even your family members.)

4. Find a mentor (Go with your Gut Feeling.)

5. Actions speak louder than words. Do not just be a talker be a doer!

a. Show us with your actions.

6. Measurable Task to be completed on a Calendar. 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.

7. Dress for success! (People will see you before they hear you) Look, smell and act your best at all times.

8. Respect yourself – people will treat you like you treat yourself. Make them respect you. Are you the whole package? What are your weaknesses?

9. There will always be Hater’s. The brighter the light the more bugs you attract! How do you handle the bugs?
